Projects
Microsoft Canada RDX Digital Fact Tag
INDUSTRY: RETAILI led a 6-week, $12,000 digital transformation project for Microsoft Canada RDX, introducing interactive “digital fact tags” to enhance the in-store shopping experience. This solution allowed customers to view real-time pricing, compare models, and share product details, improving decision-making and engagement. I also managed the project end-to-end—from user persona definition to post-launch feedback—demonstrating strong planning, execution, and monitoring capabilities.
Walmart Omnichannel Improvement
INDUSTRY: FMCGInspired by a shopper rushing to buy shoes before basketball practice, this project bridged the gap between online browsing and physical retail with seamless, tech-powered convenience. I led every phase—from design to post-launch insights—crafting a solution that redefined the omnichannel journey.
Best Buy Market Place
INDUSTRY: RETAILWorking at Best Buy opened me up to a recurring challenge: seniors visiting the store couldn’t order essential accessories sold by third-party marketplace vendors, leading to frustration and lost sales. While conducting in-depth market and customer research, I discovered that over 70% of affected shoppers were adults and seniors wary of online purchases. I then developed a step-by-step in-store solution allowing associates to help customers order marketplace items seamlessly.
Wallet24
INDUSTRY: FINTECHWallet24 was developed to tackle the financial struggles of Nigerian students in Canada. A blockchain-powered remittance platform that slashed transfer times from weeks to minutes and cut transaction fees by over 50%. Sparked by real stories of students missing payment deadlines due to banking delays and high charges, Wallet24 offered a faster, safer, and more affordable way to send tuition and living funds. With a lean startup approach and scalable architecture, it was positioned to serve a $100M market.
LessonED
INDUSTRY: EDTECHDuring the COVID-19 pandemic, I and a group of individuals launched LessonED, a mobile education platform designed to support Nigerian secondary school students, especially those focused on art subjects, who were left behind by mainstream e-learning solutions. Through deep research with students, parents, and teachers, we identified major gaps in subject availability and engagement and then crafted a fun, tutor-driven learning experience combining live classes and educational games.
