Best Buy Market Place

Ecommerce Solution

The Best Buy Marketplace is a closed ecosystem of third-party vendors that sell on bestbuy.ca. After months of working as a sales associate at Best Buy and relating with over 100 customers interested in items sold in the marketplace, I discovered that over 70% of adults and seniors preferred to place their orders in the store and loved the flexibility of picking up their items from the store. So I developed a solution to help with placing orders internally.
